About

Benjamin Moore Voice uses a modern approach to communication, leaving behind old ideas of right and wrong speech— how we are "supposed" to sound.  Instead we celebrate your authentic voice, which communicates your inner truth with freedom, self-awareness, and expressiveness.

We use simple and engaging physical exercises to help you release long-held tensions and unlearn behaviors that prevent your self-expression. Your creative imagination is enlivened and invited into the process of developing your voice.

In this journey you will integrate mind, body, and feelings into a unified entity of expression.

The foundation is formed by practicing physical self-awareness, connecting to a free breath, and finding the range of colors of your natural voice. From there, we will focus on clarity of articulation as well as the range and power of your voice.

This is a compelling way to gain strength and confidence in all of your personal and professional communications.
